The rooms where luxurious and mine was huge with a large bathtub, fantastic appliances, for instance. I had a lovely and awesome breakfast with various dishes, the food was appetising. The location was great and fantastic in the really great area.
Facilities were clean, nevertheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

I was here for 12 nights and ate at traditional restaurant for breakfast. It was nice to have an electric kettle and refrigerators available. The staff was very very helpful and caring, the room was silent.

Really great stay, great place. Lovely staff, concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. Relaxing and fantastic units with a Fanta drink, a large bathtub, for instance. Very central location, a 20-minute walk from a train station. Fine base for exploring Hanoi.

Clean, small hotel, I truly enjoyed clean rooms and good staff. The restaurant was magnificent for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were lovely. The location was great and brilliant for walking around Hang Gai Street.

However, the staff quickly resolved the problem and even upgraded me to a more spacious room. The service was top-notch and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the vibrant streets of Hanoi, with many restaurants and attractions just a short walk away. Despite a minor issue, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its fantastic service and great location. I had a wonderful experience at 22Land Residence Hotel & Spa Hoan Kiem.

Great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food. I had a small issue with the shower, but the staff quickly resolved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with a large, clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just a short walk to the lake. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and even going out of their way to get us kimchi from a nearby supermarket as a gift. Highly recommended!

Everything was simply superb. The hotel's location was central, close to centre of old part of town as well. And it was within a close distance from Bun bo Nam Bo, ate there couple of times. The staff were all incredibly attentive and reasonably good. The service offered was very good!
